Who wrote Kaminey movie review?

I am wondering and have strong disbelief about who writes the film reviews after reading Kaminey film review in the web.

Almost every reviewer have quoted "Quentin Tarantino and Guy Ritchie" in their reviews !!!

The similarity can not be simply accidental or simple co-incidence!!!

1) Bollywood Hungama, Taran Adarsh

"Bhardwaj picks up characters that we have witnessed on the Hindi screen before, but executes it like Tarantino and Guy Ritchie do"

2) IBN Live - Rajeev Masand

"It's an unpredictable crime drama that combines violence and dark humor in a manner that's reminiscent of the films of Quentin Tarantino, Guy Ritchie and the Coen Brothers."

3) NDTV Movies, Anupama Chopra

"an unpredictable Hindi movie. Vishal, referencing the crackling gangster dramas of Quentin Tarantino and Guy Ritchie, keeps it gritty and dark. "

4) Rediff - Raja Sen

"Bhardwaj has never been secretive about his Quentin Tarantino adoration, referencing the director in Blue Umbrella and doing it here again with high heels and an injection."

"So the film leaps through implied ultraviolence and dark humour and you hold on, exhilarated -- just as you have through, say, Guy Ritchie's [ Images ] Lock Stock And Two Smoking Barrels. "

For me, this is NASTY !!!

  1. It is a good movie, if u just look back at how miserable, the bollywood buffoons have provided us so far since jan 2009. The fast paced scrreplay does needs an applause. By indian standards, it has reached new limit taking it to the next level of movies. Shid kapoor has beautifully portrayed the two opposite characters....I must accept too much blood wil not make it a great movie. But given the list of horrofic trash bolloywood has provided and by the standard of this movie. This is really agood one...and the screenpaly must be appreciated for brringin all tiny plots togethar and keeping everyone gripped till the end

  2. And you know what is the best part? The Censor board of India had given the movie an 'A' certificate...I don't know what is their criteria of giving certificates? In that view, a movie like Kambaqt Ishq must have got A++... :-)
